Crystal Quest sits between your agency and the guesthouse. You speak to one team in Malé; we speak to 48 properties across 19 inhabited islands. Here's the whole flow.

The agency sends the booking

Email or WhatsApp the request — island(s), dates, room types, pax, and any preferences (diet, transfers, excursions). We work in English and we work in Maldivian time (GMT+5).

If you're a first-time partner, we'll first walk through the islands and properties that match your client's brief. Otherwise we go straight to a quote.

Crystal Quest handles the guesthouse side

Once you confirm, we hold the room directly with the property, lock in the transfer, and arrange a Crystal Quest representative to meet your guest at Velana airport.

The guesthouse owner gets one set of instructions, in one language, from one person they already know. Nothing falls through the cracks because nobody is forwarding emails.

Your guest gets a confirmed stay

We issue a single voucher under your agency's brand. Your client never sees the Crystal Quest logo — only your agency. We sit behind the relationship.

We're on call 24/7 during the stay for anything that comes up — re-booking transfers, changing excursions, dietary issues, medical. You stay the relationship with the guest; we stay the operations.

Funds clear before arrival. Lowest friction to get started, and you keep full margin on the booking. Most agencies start here and graduate to Pay Later after a few seasons.

Pay later

30-day terms from check-out. Available to partner agencies after a track record of clean bookings. Lets you bill your client first and settle with us once the season closes.
